We are a team of 46experience people from diverse backgrounds to handle the unit. Once an order is placed it is moved to the new order management team who push all orders to the procurement team for them to procure the product/s from our warehouse. Procurement team has got an internal quality check team who check the condition/quality of all the books before handing it over for shipment. If there are any flaws/damages in the condition of the book, it is immediately sent to the returns team to send the book back to the supplier. When the order is procured from the warehouse the order is then handed over to the billing team to be billed, which later on is transferred to the packing team to be packed after the payment is settled via the payment gateway. Once all of this is complete, our outsourced courier teams take the parcels away to deliver it to our esteem customers within 48 working hours. The whole process takes a maximum of 3-5 working days till it’s presented to the customer at his/her door step.
